Satisfaction with your purchase is VERY important to us! 

In the event you would like to return an item,

our return policy is as follows:

  • Non-Plant Merchandise:  All non-plant merchandise may be returned for a full refund of original tender within 60 days of purchase.  Merchandise must be in its original packaging and be accompanied with the original sales receipt.  Any return merchandise without a sales receipt or its original packaging is subject to management approval and will be refunded at the lowest selling price for store credit only.  No returns or exchanges are accepted on clearance merchandise.  Damaged or defective item returns are subject to management approval and will be exchanged for a replacement item or store credit only.  In addition, because we are a seasonal retailer, all returns and exchanges must also be completed within the retail sales season in which the item was purchased. 

  • Plant Merchandise:  All plants purchased at Sunnypoint Gardens® may be returned within 24 hours of purchase.  They must be accompanied by the original sales receipt, be in the original plant container, must not have been planted, have been properly watered & cared for, and be in resalable condition. 

    • Our plant guarantee policy is as follows:

      • Annuals, Edibles, and Houseplants:  No guarantee on these types of plants.  Please contact us immediately if you are experiencing any issues so we may work with you to help diagnose and resolve the problem.   

      • Perennials, Roses, Shrubs, Trees & Evergreens:  Perennials are guaranteed for 30 days after purchase.  Roses, Shrubs, Trees, and Evergreens are guaranteed until October 1st of the year they were purchased.    If you are having any issues, please contact us immediately and bring the plant in so we may diagnose the problem and offer a replacement if necessary.  Replacement plants will only be offered when the original plant is returned with the original sales receipt.  Replacement plants are not guaranteed.  Plants that are tagged Zone 6 or higher are not guaranteed.  Perennials, roses or nursery stock purchased on sale is not guaranteed. 

    • Plant issues resulting from failure to water or care for a plant properly are not eligible for replacement.
